As an experienced Retail Manager, with track record in wholesale and field work, Goce is managing 10 retail stores with over 70 salespeople. He is involved in recruiting, training and motivating staff to go an extra mile in achieving the sales targets. While promoting brand recognition and loyalty, he supports values such as honesty, hard work and commitment. He is team oriented, highly disciplined and organized, always ready to stand up for his team.
