Goran Panzov – Regional Retail Manager

For more than 13 years in Neptun, Goran has been responsible for managing our stores on a territory of Skopje. On a daily basis he communicates with the largest team which is part of our successful sales force. He is always there for resolving any issue of the employees, encouraging and motivating them for reaching outstanding results. Providing excellent customer experience is his main goal, along with the employee satisfaction and engagement.
